Appointment Setter
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach via:
LinkedIn (profile review, personalized messages)
Email (targeted cold and warm follow-ups)
Phone (cold and warm calls)
Research target companies and roles prior to outreach
Hold live conversations to understand current processes, tools, and pain points
Ask open-ended questions related to:
Manual workflows
Spreadsheet usage
Operational gaps
Tool limitations
Determine whether a discovery call is appropriate
Schedule qualified discovery calls using Calendly
Document outreach and conversations with clear notes, including:
Company context
Contact role and authority
Summary of needs and constraints
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or appointment setting
Comfortable conducting live phone conversations
Able to qualify efficiently without being aggressive
Familiar with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator helpful), email tools, Calendly, and basic CRM or note-taking systems
Clear written and spoken English
Reliable setup for phone calls
