8+ years expKALSOFT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Consultant to join their team. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and designing and developing Power BI solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and understand data needs
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models based on client requirements
Implement data transformations and ETL processes to prepare data for analysis and visualization
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability
Provide technical guidance and support to clients in deploying and managing Power BI solutions
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, tools, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data connections, and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Power BI for data analysis and visualization
Strong proficiency in Power Query M language and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
Experience in data modeling and designing efficient data schemas for Power BI solutions
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be available during EST time zone working hours
Preferred
Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
Power BI certification(s) preferred
