The company is seeking to hire a Team Lead Technician in the Austin, TX area to oversee daily operations, coordinate with technicians, and ensure the installation and maintenance of security systems at various commercial sites.

Responsibilities
The Lead needs to be able to get the techs lined up on duties for the day, submit daily reports and coordinate with the managers
Technicians will be Pre-wiring and installing security systems, including access control, CCTV and intrusion alarms
Need to work with other techs and Project Managers by completing and filing all project documentation and working together
Technicians will be working on a variety of commercial installations including, hospitals, airports, corporate offices
Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Security systems at customer sites
Installation will include, but not limited to: Video Surveillance systems, IP and Analog cameras, wireless, Access Control panels, Intrusion Panels, magnetic locks, card readers, motion sensors, door contacts, electric door strikes, etc
Perform assigned projects within scope, in a timely manner, and on budget
Provide customers with system operation and training
Excellent attention to detail including maintaining concise daily records and following of operational standards and practices
Qualification
Required
Ability to get the techs lined up on duties for the day
Ability to submit daily reports and coordinate with the managers
Experience in pre-wiring and installing security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms
Ability to work with other techs and Project Managers by completing and filing all project documentation
Experience working on a variety of commercial installations including hospitals, airports, and corporate offices
