Responsibilities
Oversee deployment activities for Microsocft Teams Telephony Deployment across the enterprise
Manage and troubleshoot Avaya and Microsoft Teams Telephony
Oversee all engineering activities related to Unified Communications configuration and ensure proper endpoint connectivity
Resolve technical issues within systems, troubleshoot performance problems, and ensure efficient operations
Ensure that solutions are configured and optimized to meet business needs
Maintain and support EVoIP (Enterprise Voice over IP) systems, ensuring peak performance
Provide essential back-end engineering support for troubleshooting and resolving T4 tickets related to telephony issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Provide business process modeling and reengineering support
Provide secure reach-back support
Ensure that technical strategies align with business needs
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph
This role is onsite 5 days/week in DC
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related IT Management or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
8+ years of computer science experience and engineering for Unified Communications Systems
Extensive understanding of Avaya/Cisco/Managed Secure Telephony Platform (MSTP)/Microsoft TAC/Power BI
Experience working in an Agile organization using SAFe
