Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation files
Draft, review, and respond to discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Draft and argue motions
Attend hearings and mediations
Try cases in court
Collaborate with team members to support firm goals and client outcomes
Qualification
Required
Active member of the Florida Bar and the Southern District of Florida
Strong oral advocacy, writing, and organizational skills
A self-starter with a proactive approach to case strategy and resolution
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and firm culture
Preferred
3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
