Information Technology
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain SQL databases —including creation, optimization, backups, and complex queries
Develop, integrate, and support applications , ensuring smooth deployment and reliable performance
Build meaningful data insights through SSRS and Power BI reporting
Support websites and CMS platforms , including updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Assist with the installation and upkeep of systems, servers, and applications
Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve efficiency
Occasionally provide after‑hours support during system upgrades or critical incidents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least two years of experience working with SQL databases and application support
Strong communication skills

SQL Database Management
Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing SQL databases
Strong understanding of querying and database integrity
Application Development & Integration
Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications
Data Reporting & Visualization
Ability to develop dashboards and reports using SSRS and Power BI
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with ASP.NET, Visual Studio
Experience with HTML5
Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS)
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., DNN)
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy
Experience with Windows Server
Experience with Excel, SmartSheet
Experience with Laserfiche, Banner, or HRIS platforms
Familiarity with PM methodologies or tools
