Technician: Main Line - Austin Subaru

They are seeking a Main Line Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing driveability issues, performing electrical diagnostics, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Correctly diagnose driveability issues in a timely manner, the first time
Proficient in all aspects of electrical diagnosis
Ability to disassemble and correctly reassemble engines, and transmissions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Provide a 3 year driving record
Ability to multitask
Work well with team members and advisors
Proficient with automotive computer systems (Select Monitor, CDK, Mykaarma, Autopoint MPI, Etc)
Great customer service skills and concern for overall customer satisfaction (CSI, OLP, NPS)
Have own tools & toolbox - Subaru specialty tools provided
Keep a clean workspace
Ability to travel to Dallas for overnight training as needed
