$38/hr - $43/hrIon Field Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support the implementation of their Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. The role involves performing inspections, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards while collaborating with field personnel.

Responsibilities
Assist with and perform electrical testing and inspections in accordance with NETA ATS/MTS standards (training provided)
Support acceptance, maintenance, and commissioning testing of switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, protective relays, cables, and grounding systems
Accurately document test results and assist with report preparation
Support internal quality assurance processes and compliance efforts
Identify deficiencies and assist in corrective action recommendations
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and senior technicians
Maintain testing equipment and assist with calibration tracking
Follow all safety policies and job site requirements
Qualification
Required
Electrical background or related technical experience
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Willingness to learn electrical testing standards and procedures
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and documentation
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred
NETA Certification (Level I–IV) or currently working toward certification
Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, or power systems
Familiarity with test equipment and reporting software
OSHA safety training
