Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions
Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks
Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness
Accurately package, label, and price self-service items
Cut, trim, and prepare fruits and vegetables for display and packaged sales
Receive deliveries, unload trucks, break down pallets, and organize produce in prep areas and walk-in refrigerators
Maintain cleanliness of scales, cutting boards, tools, and prep areas in compliance with food safety standards
Safely operate produce equipment, including knives, scales, and pallet jacks
Assist with other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and reading skills
Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
A passion for serving people
Preferred
Prior produce or food preparation experience preferred
