Responsibilities
Analyze system requirements and develop automated tests for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics layers
Execute and maintain testing for big data/data warehouse environments
Log, track, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects and production incidents
Provide technical leadership and mentorship on testing, automation, and frameworks
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and procedures
Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team and support other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University (computer science or engineering field); and three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience developing automated Data Warehouse tests with the AWS platform with proficiency in Snowflake, SQL and Shell/Bash scripting
Experience using Athena and Databricks
Experience with ETL, big data and data warehouse test tools
Experience with reporting tools and BI testing
Experience with integrating test automation within a continuous integration and continuous delivery
Telecom and 5G domain knowledge required
Understanding of Agile and SCRUM
Preferred
Knowledge of test management tools such as ALM, or a similar tool is desirable
