Responsibilities

Deeply understand leadership hiring needs and partner closely with TA Partners and senior Product leaders to define and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact executive roles

Conduct thorough market research and competitor mapping to identify the best Product Management leaders in the global tech ecosystem

Deliver a tailored, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring that senior-level talent is engaged with a high degree of professionalism and discretion

Utilize advanced search techniques and networking to identify and attract "passive" candidates who are not actively looking but are a perfect fit for TikTok’s culture and scale

Proactively source a diverse leadership pipeline, ensuring D&I best practices are integrated into every stage of the executive search process

Act as a subject matter expert on the external talent market, providing data-driven insights to recruiters and business leaders to influence hiring decisions

Required

Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, with at least 1 year specifically focused on Leadership or Executive-level roles

Proven track record of success in an executive search firm or a high-growth in-house leadership recruiting environment

Expertise in advanced sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, including talent mapping, executive databases, and specialized networking platforms

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

3+ years of experience specifically focused on Product Management roles, with a deep understanding of the PM leadership landscape in Advertising, E-commerce, or FinTech

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the 'executive presence' required to build rapport with and influence senior stakeholders and candidates

A self-starter who is result-oriented and possesses the intellectual curiosity to understand complex product architectures and business models

Proven ability to manage confidential information and navigate the complexities of high-stakes executive negotiations
