Investment Intern
Responsibilities
Conduct market and industry research to identify high-potential pre-IPO opportunities
Assist with financial modeling, valuation, and company analysis
Support due diligence across financial, legal, and compliance areas
Coordinate with investment banks, legal counsel, auditors, and listing venues
Prepare investor materials, pitch decks, teasers, and roadshow documents
Support fundraising activities and investor relations communications
Help manage project timelines to ensure pre-IPO milestones are achieved
Provide post-IPO support, including reporting and compliance assistance
Qualification
Required
Bilingual fluency in Chinese & English (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business
Knowledge of financial modeling & valuation (DCF, comparables, multiples)
Strong analytical research, writing, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel for investor meetings and due diligence when required
Preferred
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business
Familiarity with IPO/SPAC processes and SEC/Nasdaq/NYSE regulations
Prior experience/internship in investment banking, PE/VC, securities, or capital markets
