Responsibilities

Partner with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and deliver high-impact features

Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications

Act as a pseudo product owner for scrum teams; manage backlog prioritization and support sprint ceremonies

Facilitate agile and SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

Partner with architects and engineers to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and system integration

Collaborate with UX and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and compliant solutions

Research and apply emerging technologies, especially AI (GenAI, Agentic AI), to drive innovation

Ensure delivery in cloud-native environments, considering performance, scale, and security

Track adoption, usage, and performance metrics to measure ROI and report to leadership

Maintain compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards

Required

4+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree; advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proven knowledge of product management disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality)

Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)

Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence

Preferred

SAFe POPM certification or equivalent Agile certification

Experience in insurance, financial services, or enterprise technology solutions

Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases and their application to product workflows

Understanding of cloud computing best practices, APIs, and data integration

Exposure to modern engineering practices (CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Test-Driven Development)

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and drive cross-functional collaboration
