Inside Sales Representative
Lobel Financial is a full-spectrum auto financing solution specializing in the acquisition and servicing of motor vehicle retail installment contracts. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting sales goals, building relationships with car dealers, and promoting company products and services while providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Competitively prospect new business in local markets as assigned
Generate leads by cold calling local dealerships, and presenting products and services
Service existing dealer accounts in local and regional territories
Plan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
Handle Dealer questions, complaints and concerns as quickly as possible
Train dealers on company products and services and our internet portal
Stay informed about market trends and product advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations

Qualification
Required
Great communication skills
Previous sales experience in the auto industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and planning skills
Self-motivated
Strong negotiating and networking skills
Superior customer service skills
Ability to relate and address dealer requests and inquiries
Computer savvy
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS
