Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules, services, and company procedures
Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff to address customer needs
Enter and update customer information, service orders, and notes in company systems
Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently
Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and email systems
