Responsibilities

Partner with business and operations leaders to translate insights into practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and service outcomes

Participate in cross-functional initiatives leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools (e.g., Verint Speech, Text, and Desktop Process Analytics) to identify and execute improvement opportunities

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics models that monitor performance and measure the impact of initiatives

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting and analytic deliverables

Use SQL and other database tools to access, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources

Present complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling, and actionable way

Required

Minimum 5 years' experience in related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate analytics into business context and influence decisions

Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or related field preferred

Hands-on SQL/database experience preferred —comfortable querying, joining, and validating data
