Invoice Processing: Receive, review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system
Payment Management: Prepare and schedule payments (checks, electronic transfers) to ensure timely disbursement
Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, compare system reports to balances, and investigate discrepancies
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate vendor files, historical records, and supporting documentation for audits
Vendor Communication: Address vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues
Compliance: Ensure all payments and processes adhere to company policies and financial regulations
Qualification
Required
