The role will focus on technical design and oversight across site/land development projects, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal and external teams.

Technical design and oversight across site/land development projects, including pavement, utilities, grading, drainage, and site layout

Supporting and mentoring engineers and technicians within the team

Managing client relationships, fees, scopes, and proposal development

Coordinating with internal and external survey teams, and working closely with City departments and municipal stakeholders

Municipal roadway, drainage, and planning projects

Site design for office, retail, industrial, and institutional developments
