Administrative Assistant Senior

Responsibilities
Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the multiple engineering directors and associated staff
Performs normal office functions such as; setting up meetings and conferences; managing director's schedule and calendar; setting up and maintaining alphabetical; numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail
May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures
May require flexible work hours
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Ability to multi-task on various projects
Proactive in following up and closing tasks
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. ability to create graphs, pivot tables, automation, import/export information from one application to another)
SharePoint
Experience making meeting charts and documents
Experience arranging meetings with customers, develop agendas and information packets
Experience with expense reports
Ability to manage and coordinate meetings and maintain calendars in Outlook
Experience organizing events
Experience arranging travel
