Responsibilities
Monitoring mutual fund trade queues to ensure successful daily order processing
Researching customer inquiries related to mutual fund trading, dividends, and corporate action posting
Processing exception trades when necessary
Supporting project initiatives and assisting teammates with QA testing
Enforcing mutual fund trading rules and ensuring customers abide by the fund prospectus
Collaborating with other Operations stakeholders to provide a seamless mutual fund trading experience for our clients
Qualification
Required
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED
Experience with Excel
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of financial services field
Ability to learn quickly and engage in a number of detailed tasks at once
Strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Finance operations experience is welcomed but not required
