Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance calculation cycles within the Eagle Performance Engine
Monitor job schedules, troubleshoot failures, and ensure successful completion of performance workflows
Configure and optimize performance rules, methodologies, composites, benchmarks, and calculation parameters
Participate in environment upgrades, patch deployments, regression testing, and UAT cycles
Modify data rules, workflows, or scripts based on business requirements
Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, exception handling, and operational procedures
Good hands-on experience with Eagle PACE modules
