Semiconductor Maintenance Technician – Photo
NXP Semiconductors is a leading semiconductor company, and they are seeking a Semiconductor Maintenance Technician for their Chandler Fab Photo equipment area. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance on various photo equipment and ensuring the reliability and performance of the tools.

Responsibilities
Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Photo equipment area
Effectively executing tasks that are required to maintain primarily the toolsets within the following types: Photo equipment, ASML PAS5500 Scanners, Canon IW Steppers, TEL ACT8/MARK7 Tracks, Metrology equipment, KLA 8100 SEM, KLA 5100/5200 Overlay Inspection, KLA Archer
Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems
Scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area
Interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied
Complete documentation and train others
Effectively communicate using written and verbal skills
Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
Be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds
Working compressed shifts, job openings on either days or nights may be available
Qualification
Required
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Photo equipment area
Effectively execute tasks required to maintain toolsets within Photo equipment, ASML PAS5500 Scanners, Canon IW Steppers, TEL ACT8/MARK7 Tracks, Metrology equipment, KLA 8100 SEM, KLA 5100/5200 Overlay Inspection, KLA Archer
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems
Conduct scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area
Have a solid understanding of SPC, 5s, FDC systems
Demonstrate problem solving skills
Interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied
Complete documentation and train others
Effectively communicate using written and verbal skills
Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
Be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds
Work compressed shifts, job openings on either days or nights may be available
Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions is required
Preferred
AA, AS, AAS, in electronics or other industrial engineering related discipline is preferred
Education along with experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements
