The role involves overseeing the contracting process, ensuring smooth integration of agents, and maintaining communication with partners throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks in the contracting system to advance contracts along in the process

Track background-check and fingerprint results; follow up with Partners; escalate issues as needed

Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and accuracy; resolve data or documentation gaps

Communicate with Partners to provide candidate status updates and answer questions

Process forms to ensure agents are integrated in our systems correctly

Assist with in-person responsibilities to provide the support required of the Agents and Agency Managers within the General Office
