Responsibilities
Performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties for the Talent Acquisition department
Source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met
Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers
Work closely with hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practice meet the organization’s needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED, required
Secretarial training, clerical and previous office experience, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, required
Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
Previous experience in corporate recruitment
