Responsibilities
Lead by example by ensuring all team members follow water park safety competencies and proper aquatic safety practices
Support efficient daily operations while consistently delivering excellent guest service
Act as a trusted frontline leader, communicating effectively with zonal and management leadership
Notate and report daily operational occurrences and assist leadership with issue resolution
Participate in shift briefings to review daily priorities and assignments
Monitor staff breaks to ensure proper coverage and smooth rotations
Complete presentation and safety checklists to ensure cleanliness and operational standards are met
Support opening and closing procedures in accordance with established guidelines
Serve as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, resolving concerns professionally and positively
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must obtain and maintain StarGuard ELITE Lifeguard Certification
Preferred
Previous experience in a guest-facing role (theme park, resort, or similar environment preferred)
Basic math and computer skills preferred
