Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance highly scalable, performance-driven frontend solutions that power our growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
Write well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code using React and TypeScript, ensuring robust performance and smooth user interactions
Partner closely with data scientists and product managers to track and interpret critical user behavior metrics
Build and integrate A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and analytics solutions that optimize our user acquisition strategies and inform future product investments
Work with cross-functional teams—including Design, Product, and Marketing—to deliver delightful user experiences
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and strategic planning sessions to elevate the quality and impact of our user-facing products
Develop rapid prototypes to validate hypotheses about user acquisition and engagement
Continuously refine and optimize user journey flows, aiming to reduce friction and increase conversions
Champion frontend best practices, ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and performance
Provide technical leadership, and shape the architectural roadmap for our growth-focused products
Integrate secure coding practices and frameworks to protect user data, maintain high standards of privacy, and comply with global regulations
Proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities, preventing unauthorized access and safeguarding critical data
Qualification
Required
Solid foundation in TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React
Ability to craft clean, modular code
Thrive on metrics and experiments
Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and hypothesis-driven development
Understanding that product success hinges on a seamless user experience
Embrace user research and leverage empathy in design thinking
Excel in a team environment, providing mentorship and supporting peers
