Develop the training strategy, plan, and curriculum for all S/4HANA workstreams

Identify training needs based on process changes and role-based requirements

Coordinate creation of training materials (work instructions, simulations, job aids)

Lead scheduling and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning sessions

Manage training logistics, LMS coordination, and user attendance tracking

Measure training effectiveness and drive reinforcement activities to ensure adoption
