Handle client communication
Support attorneys in case preparation
Ensure that case documentation is organized and accurate
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of expertise in family law, including understanding of legal procedures and processes in New Jersey
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including the ability to draft, format, and finalize legal documents with accuracy and detail
Strong skills in Communication, ensuring professionalism in client interactions and collaboration with attorneys
Experience in Research and Document Review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal practices
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality when working in a remote environment
Preferred
Paralegal certification or equivalent relevant experience
