Responsibilities

Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems and data communications activities in the hotel

Qualification

Windows 20xx ServerComputer networking equipmentData communications protocolsHospitality industry applicationsInterpersonal skills

Required

Must have minimum of 2 years previous experience in similar capacity
Must have knowledge of cabling; computer networking equipment and operating systems, specifically Windows 20xx Server; personal computer and server hardware; data communications equipment and protocols; and office administration applications
Must have knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management
Must be able to assist hotel guests with technical requirements and problems
Must be capable of training users with varying degrees of computer knowledge
