Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of visual materials for our online training programs, including graphics, illustrations, and animations
Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our e-learning platform
Support the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
Conduct research and gather inspiration for design projects
Contribute to the maintenance of our brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design materials
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into our projects
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passion for emergency preparedness and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Preferred
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and web design principles is a plus
