Responsibilities
Providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform
Perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
Define, communicate, and manage technical change management processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective
Prepare detailed written instructions and documentation
Make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation
Perform analysis and requirements gathering with customers
Resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seek optimum solutions
Communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
Create highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment
Troubleshoot application issues under pressure
Qualification
Required
5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
Architect Experience 5+ years
Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 3+ years
Microsoft Azure platform
Azure DevOps 5+ years
Database Architecture Experience- 3+ years
Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years
Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective
Azure Communications
API's
Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation
Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation
Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers
An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions
Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience

Technical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years
Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support - 5+ years
