Physicians here are encouraged to take on leadership roles, develop quality improvement (QI) initiatives, and help shape the future of pediatric care in our region
Dedicated team including pediatric neuropsychologists and habilitation therapists supporting needs such as toileting, sleep, emotional regulation, AAC evaluations, speech services, and developmental testing (ADOS, DAYC-2)
RN and primary care coordination to support the DBP practice with assistance in writing ABA orders, pre-evaluation preparation including labs and habilitative service integration and streamlined workflows to improve access and intervention efficiency
Qualification
Required
Passion for clinical work to positively impact patient care, safety and experience
Must be board-eligible or board-certified with the American Board of Pediatrics
Fellowship trained in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
