Responsibilities

Coordinate with regional leadership and provide actuarial modeling and analysis for bid planning scenarios

Ensure Pricing team accurately projects and reports future revenue and costs for proper financial budgeting of the bid process

Conduct various analyses to support the CMS bid filing and respond to necessary Desk Review and Bid Audit inquiries

Analyzes and implements risk contracts including conducting experience analyses, pricing, filing and settlement work; and prepares management reports supporting new capitation initiatives

Assists in training of actuarial trainees, analysts and specialists

Coordinates/directs special actuarial projects

Required

Requires a BA/BS

Passed a minimum of four Society of Actuaries (SOA) actuarial exams

Minimum of 3 years related experience

Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
