Responsibilities

Develop and execute a holistic L&D strategy aligned with GSM’s business goals

Design tailored training programs for: Office Staff: onboarding, soft skills, functional skills, leadership development, performance management

Drivers: operational procedures, safety protocols, customer service, real-world scenario handling

Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads

Organize and facilitate in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions

Manage learning platforms (e.g., LMS) and digital tools to support scalable training

Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics

Develop and maintain structured training modules for drivers

Coordinate regular refresher courses and compliance-related training

Work closely with the Operations team to ensure drivers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

Build and lead a team of internal trainers or external facilitators

Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful learning initiatives
