They are seeking an experienced Front Office Patient Coordinator who will serve as the primary liaison between patients and Hearing Care Consultants, managing office operations and coordinating patient care.

Responsibilities
Greeting patients at our clinic upon arrival for their appointments
Answering calls to the clinic, scheduling new and follow-up appointments, and processing insurance verifications on behalf of patients
Completing administrative and financial reports, creating invoices, and ordering equipment and supplies on behalf of the clinic
Ensuring that the waiting area at the clinic remains clean and welcoming for patients and their families
Supporting the clinic in achieving its revenue target by ensuring new patients are efficiently scheduled for hearing consultations, and follows up proactively with existing patients regarding continued care and/or updated equipment
Ensuring that patient records are accurate, up to date, and that all notes are recorded according to HIPAA regulations

Experienced with MS Word and MS Outlook
Ability to multitask and remain organized with multiple competing priorities
Maintaining patient files and database

Scheduling Patient Consultations
Preferred
Familiarity with scheduling software for a service provider
Familiarity with insurance and/or medical billing processes
