They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support internal marketing initiatives aimed at driving qualified leads and increasing awareness of the agency’s services.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of 1r’s marketing plan across social, email, website, paid channels, and events, with a focus on lead generation

Help manage the marketing and event calendar to align campaigns with business development and partnership goals

Assist with publishing content across owned channels that supports inbound interest and sales conversations

Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and basic community engagement to drive awareness and interest

Support content development for newsletters, case studies, and campaigns that highlight agency capabilities

Help gather assets, performance metrics, and internal inputs for marketing and sales enablement materials

Support award submissions by compiling materials and assisting with copy development

Assist with planning and coordinating industry events, conferences, dinners, and partner activations designed to generate qualified leads

Support event follow-ups, including lead tracking and post-event communications

Track basic performance metrics related to engagement and lead activity

Work closely with Business Development, Partnerships, Creative, and Client Services teams to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals

Participate in brainstorming sessions focused on campaigns, events, and lead-driving initiatives
