Responsibilities

Coordinates and manages the scheduling of corporate aircraft to ensure the efficient utilization and timely transportation of associates and executives
Oversees dispatch operations, including flight planning, crew assignments, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitors and adjusts flight schedules in response to changing business needs, weather conditions, and operational constraints
Ensures all flight documentation, manifests, and dispatch records are accurately maintained and accessible
Ensures all flight operations adhere to federal, state, and company aviation regulations and safety standards
Collaborates with aviation team members to implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures
Liaises with regulatory agencies and internal legal departments to address compliance issues and update operational procedures as needed
Reviews and approves specifications, design changes, and logistical adjustments to maintain compliance and operational integrity
Supervises and develops scheduling and dispatch associates by providing training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Assigns duties and builds a collaborative, team-based work environment focused on operational excellence
Establishes performance expectations, recognizes achievements, and coaches for continuous improvement
Supports workforce development and succession planning by identifying capability gaps and facilitating learning opportunities
Communicates flight schedules, operational changes, and contingency plans to internal stakeholders and external partners
Develops and leverages partnerships with airlines, ground transportation providers, and other vendors to optimize travel arrangements
Supports executive travel needs by providing reliable, efficient, and flexible scheduling solutions
Addresses customer service issues and maintains a positive travel experience for associates
Analyzes operational data, flight metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement
Develops and implements strategies to streamline scheduling, reduce delays, and enhance overall efficiency
Measures progress against performance standards and adjusts operations accordingly
Drives the adoption of new technologies and digital tools to support scheduling and dispatch functions
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business, or related area and 5 years' experience in corporate aviation operations, with at least 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within a FAR Part 91 environment
7 years' experience in corporate aviation operations, with at least 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within a FAR Part 91 environment
Strong knowledge of FAA, TSA, and OSHA regulations
Experience with aviation scheduling and safety management systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by flight schedules
