Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences

Identify KPIs and define data sources for reporting needs

Gather, document, and validate business requirements for analytics and ERP solutions

Translate business needs into technical specifications for Infor LN CloudSuite modules (Sales, Operations, Logistics)

Support configuration and optimization of Sales (Quote-to-Cash), Operations, and Logistics workflows within Infor LN CloudSuite

Collaborate with functional teams to ensure ERP processes align with business objectives

Assist in testing and validating ERP enhancements and integrations

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

Collaborate with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines

Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple sources, including ERP and CRM systems

Support project planning, timelines, and stakeholder communication

Qualification

Required

3+ years experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)

Good knowledge of ETL processes & tools, SQL, and data warehousing concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and BI governance

Hands-on experience with Infor LN CloudSuite ERP (Sales, Operations, Logistics modules)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus

Experience in Sales & Operations (Quote-to-Cash) is a plus
