Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN networks

Monitor network performance and resolve issues related to latency, connectivity, and security

Install, upgrade, and manage network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)

Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain network security protocols

Provide Tier 2/3 support and root cause analysis for network-related incidents

Maintain documentation for network infrastructure, configurations, and procedures

Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and migration projects

Work with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and product support

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices
