Responsibilities

Sorting, receiving, and delivering mail
Assisting with shipping and receiving functions
Basic copy, print, and production-related tasks
Greeting visitors and answering phones
Providing hospitality support when needed
Setting up and breaking down meeting rooms
Assisting with supplies or refreshment needs
Collaborating with onsite personnel or working independently
Absorbing training quickly (taking notes, asking questions, following procedures)
Adapting to a variety of environments such as offices, law firms, corporate settings, and warehouse-style workplaces

Required

Strong customer service and communication skills
