Drive Strategic Change: Shape the future of U.S. distribution by managing complex workstreams, from network design to sourcing and implementation
Collaborate Globally: Work alongside cross-functional teams and external partners, influencing decisions that span logistics, technology, and governance
Innovate for Growth: Apply advanced supply chain principles, digital tools, and sustainability practices to create a best-in-class distribution network
Make a Difference: Ensure uninterrupted patient access to critical therapies by building resilience and adaptability into our supply chain
Qualification
Required
7 – 10 years' experience in supply chain management strategy development and execution
Logistics and distribution experience
Dynamic team-player, able to connect dots easily
Hands-on mindset with a “getting things done” mentality
Tactical and operational thinker, comfortable engaging with functional experts
Strong organizational skills
Clear communication (upward and downward in organization)
Leadership and motivational ability
Problem-solving capability
Stakeholder management expertise
PM experience for major supply chain implementations
Logistics expertise
Pharmaceutical industry experience
6+ years of relevant experience (more is desired)
Preferred
Concrete experience in 3PL sourcing
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
