Start in 2026 SummerPosillico Civil, Inc. is a multi-disciplined and diversified construction company seeking an intern for their Risk Management department. The intern will provide office support in maintaining insurance documentation and compliance, and will also participate in various group activities and obtain OSHA-10 certification during the internship.

Responsibilities
Keep an up to date list of all active jobs
Corresponding and Speaking with Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors to make sure insurance is in place. In addition to: 1. Obtaining Certificates of Insurance, Endorsements, Declaration and Forms Pages. 2. Verifying the accuracy of the documents collected to ensure Compliance. 3. Entering the insurance information into Viewpoint
Track and input various Risk Management Data into Viewpoint
Generate Microsoft Excel reports for Risk Management as Requested
Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college program taking relevant coursework/major
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Communication/interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred
Insurance, Risk Management, or Business major preferred
