Human Resources Manager
Emagine Health Services is a growing healthcare organization specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis and pediatric therapy services. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, manage a team, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while driving employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day HR operations, including direct supervision and development of HR staff
Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for clinical roles (BCBAs, RBTs, therapists) and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with healthcare and ABA-related employment regulations, including supervision requirements, credentialing, licensure, and payer standards
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and best practices in ABA services
Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and workforce planning
Manage benefits administration, leave management, and accommodations in compliance with FMLA, ADA, and applicable healthcare regulations
Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives in a high-growth clinical environment
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards consistent with healthcare and behavioral health settings
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding within healthcare or behavioral health settings
In-depth knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and payer requirements
Proven ability to lead and oversee HR staff and manage HR projects end-to-end
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Working knowledge of ABA service delivery models, clinical staffing structures, and supervision requirements
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA services
