Manager / Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Fund Administration
Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a high-growth private-markets fintech to hire a Manager or Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition focused on Fund Administration hiring. This role involves leading a recruiting team while actively participating in the hiring process, ensuring quality candidates are brought into a rapidly scaling organization.
Responsibilities
Lead recruiting strategy for a large, growing Fund Administration organization
Manage and develop a team of 4 recruiters
Operate in a player-coach model (owning 5–6 active roles personally)
Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and prioritization
Navigate evergreen pipelines, referrals, and rapid-scale hiring scenarios
Balance speed, quality, diversity, and candidate experience
Challenge hiring managers thoughtfully when trade-offs are required
Qualification
Required
7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience managing and developing recruiters
Background hiring within financial services, fund services, accounting, or adjacent domains
Comfort recruiting across junior through senior IC populations
A high-achieving, low-ego mindset—no job is 'beneath' you
Confidence to operate in ambiguity and move fast when needed
