Responsibilities
Package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and/or manufactured products according to company SOPs and MCA regulations
Weigh, count, and verify product quantities to ensure accuracy and consistency
Label products correctly, including required compliance information (batch/lot numbers, THC symbols, warnings, etc.)
Packaging products quickly and efficiently to meet daily quotas
Maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary packaging environment following company standards
Follow all health, safety, and security protocols as outlined in SOPs
Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits as needed
Communicate any discrepancies, defects, or compliance concerns to supervisors immediately
Support other cultivation/manufacturing related tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Maryland cannabis agent registration and pass a background check
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift to 20lbs as needed
Basic math and computer skills
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must adhere to company security policies and confidentiality requirements
Must pass required background checks in accordance with required Maryland law
Preferred
Previous experience in cannabis, manufacturing, packaging, or regulated industries
