Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
Translate customer needs and technical considerations into clear business and functional requirements
Partner with UX to craft intuitive user experiences, focusing on workflows and dashboards that drive engagement
Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality releases
Prioritize product initiatives based on customer insights, business value, and technical feasibility
Lead go-to-market readiness by working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Serve as the voice of the customer by validating features, testing builds, and guiding post-launch iterations
Act as a product evangelist, articulating the product vision and competitive differentiators to stakeholders, partners, and customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience or PhD with 3 years of experience
Extensive experience in Cybersecurity, specifically in Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, or Cloud Security (CNAPP, CSPM)
At least 4 years of direct experience in a Product Management role
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable product deliverables in partnership with engineering teams
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical/military experience
Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes
Hands-on experience managing day-to-day product delivery operations, with leadership in complex project execution being a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering compelling presentations
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and a highly organized approach to information gathering
