Responsibilities

You are accountable for processing loans and financial transactions in accordance with company policies and state/federal regulations
Promote our company brand professionally and ensure store appearance (internal and external) is well maintained
Cross Sell products and execute marketing campaigns to build revenue
Customer courtesy and collection calls
Consistently provide a high level of customer service in a prompt and timely manner
Adhere to company security policy and procedures

Required

Computer Skills: Computer literacy and strong typing skills
Basic Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
Previous banking, retail or sales experience (minimum of six months cash handling experience)
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, 40hour work week plus OT
Excellent customer service and communication skills, including written and verbal
Bi-lingual Spanish Required
High school or equivalent
Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Cash handling: 1 year (Required)
