The Finance Operations Manager for Point of Sale will provide operational and technical support for the POS Rebates program, serving as a subject matter expert in data analytics and assisting with various rebate activities and client reporting.

Responsibilities

Support Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Maintenance of Business Activities such as identifying claims utilization, updating daily reports and adhoc data pulls

Do monthly/quarterly POS Rebate analysis

Provide Account Management type support such as reports of the clients claims, utilization to the Client Account Teams

Required

5+ years of experience in data/reporting/ data analytics

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred

PBM knowledge/Rebate Knowledge/Adjudication Platform Knowledge

Knowledge of analytic programming tools and methods in tools such as SQL, SAS, OLAP, SSRS, Tableau and Teradata

Strong Analytical skills

Strong Communication skills

Excel/Access experience

Adaptability Ability to manage multiple competing deliverables
