Silo teams – enforcing collaborative thinking and execute
Tracking status, deliverables, etc
Define/coordinate testing – input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc)
Navigate ambiguity and force actions
Strategic – engage with solutions and participate in the definition
Dot connector – bring clarity through visuals so broad conversations can take place
Execution – build timeline across silo teams and provide the timeline to the program timeline to align on dependencies and critical path
Tolerance for change – enforcing the teams to do things differently can be exhausting
