Responsibilities

Serve as the primary resource for implementing project plans by:

Establishing goals and deadlines

Conducting testing and implementation activities

Constructing and executing test scripts

Documenting testing results

Providing post-live support for assigned business and clinical system applications

Develop recommendations to address business requirements based on functional specifications and discussions with the user community, utilizing delivered functionality whenever possible to minimize customizations

Required

Associate's degree in business administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or a related field

Two years of specialized training in an applicable field may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement

Ability to work autonomously in a high-production, high-stress environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels

Excellent interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Applicable license required if relevant to system assignment (e.g., Laboratory, Respiratory, etc.)

Five (5) or more years of experience in an Information Technology field

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
